When our contractor we hired got a notice to stop work on our detached garage for numerous violations including no permit and encroaching in the front yard setback, we were appalled, after all he'd worked in the neighborhood on many homes. The walls were ready to be stucco and the roof was complete. We paid almost $30,000.00 and the contractor moved to Colorado. All Phases and Trades had just started a complete remodel next door when we met Terry. Terry new the ropes at the building dept and was able to get a permit to go forward. The structure had to be torn down and moved 7 feet. Terry said it was fortunate that the building wasn't completed because the previous contractor used staples and not nails for the framing. Thank you Terry for ending our night mare.
